PECHI’s Refund & Exchange policy will be applicable to all Qisstpay buying.

In case of full refund, the customer's installment plan is dismissed and the first installment amount charged is refunded to the customer in 7-10 business days.

In case of partial refund, the customer's installment plan is dynamically adjusted according to new amount and the partial refund amount from first installment is adjusted automatically in the plan.

If a customer wants to exchange product(s) in terms of size/color or with an item costing the same price, PECHI will do it as per the available inventory.

If a customer wants to exchange product(s) that cost greater than the previous order amount, they have to pay the additional amount in cash, directly to the merchant.

In case of default of Installment payments, Qisstpay has the right to limit your use of this service until all previous balance has been cleared.
